Polymaker - PC-ABS Black 1.75 mm / 1000 g

Polymaker™ PC-ABS is a PC - ABS polymer blend that provides superior strength and heat resistance, while offering excellent surface finish and good compatibility with metal coatings. It is an ideal choice for applications where mechanical resistance and heat resistance are of primary concern.

Surface compatibility and heat resistance: The special composition of the PC-ABS blend provides a stable surface finish, which makes it suitable for metal coating and high temperature applications.

Easy printing: Can be printed on any surface with a thin Magigoo PC layer. We recommend a flexible printing plate to make it easier to remove the model from the surface.

Optimal printing environment: An enclosed space around the print area heated to at least 80 °C is recommended.

Recommended aftertreatment (annealing): To achieve maximum mechanical and heat resistance properties of Polymaker™ PC-ABS, it is recommended to anneal all prints. During annealing, the model should be kept in a 100 °C oven for 2 hours.
