Micro-Swiss - All metal hotend kit (CR-10, Ender)

Complete metal conversion kit made by Micro Swiss. The custom designed cooling block does not need a heat pipe. The separate heat pipe-less cooling block allows faster heat dissipation.

Product features:

• Full metal cooling block
• No other changes to the printer are needed
• Made of titanium alloy
• Well defined melting zone.

Heat Break is made of titanium alloy to provide excellent thermal insulation between the heating element and the cooling block. Titanium is an extremely strong material and has almost 3 times lower thermal conductivity than alloy steel, resulting in a more sharply defined melting zone.

• Grade 5 titanium thermal insulation
• Aluminium heating block
• Gold plated wear resistant MK8 .4mm nozzle
• Silicone cap
