Users should adjust the temperature of the heating bed according to their needs in order to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.<\/li>\n<li>Prior to automatic levelling, it is necessary to rub the printing rod several times on the special cleaning area on the printing plate to completely remove any residue on the tip of the printing rod. The specially designed cleaning area coating will wear over time. This is normal and will not affect print quality or the life of the print bar, so there is no need to worry about quality problems.<\/li>\n<li>Dust and grease deposits reduce adhesion to the printing plate. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with washing soap and water for best adhesion.<\/li>\n<li>Do not clean Textured PEI with Acetone as it may damage the PEI surface.<\/li>\n<li>Always wait a few minutes for the plate to cool down before removing printed models, to make it easier to remove the print. This will prevent damage to the plate and ensure a long product life.<\/li>\n<li>Fine sanding the surface with fine grit sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion.<\/li>\n<li>The PrimaCreator PEI printing plate supports Bambu's automatic calibration process.<\/li>\n<li>Textured PEI sheet is considered consumable and will degrade over time. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not scratches, dents or cracks.
