The part is relatively easy to remove once cooled and adhesive residues are easy to clean.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TPUs, TPEs and TPCs describe a group of polymers that are sometimes called thermoplastic rubbers. Thermoplastic rubbers exist as copolymers or polymer blends, usually consisting of plastic and rubber. This combination gives them both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties. As a result, these materials can return to their original shape after moderate stretching.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>They also have very good thermal properties, material stability, chemical resistance and are more cost-effective to produce. These properties make them widely sought after in industrial applications.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some flexible filaments are less adherent to traditional 3D printing surfaces and are prone to warpage. Others adhere too well to bare 3D printing surfaces such as glass and PEI. Magigoo Flex is a special solution for FDM printing with flexible filaments, designed to work with a wide range of flexible filament types. Magigoo Flex acts as an intermediate layer between the build surface and the printed part, ensuring good adhesion and facilitating print removal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instructions for use:<\/p>\n<p>- Shake the bottle.<br \/>\n- Press the tip against the bed (activating the inner valve) and spread it over the desired area.<br \/>\n- Print as recommended by the filament\/printer manufacturer.<br \/>\n- Allow to cool, then remove.
