The use of flexplate is recommended to facilitate removal of the model from the table.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is important that the printhead is wear resistant, as PolyMide\u2122 PA6-CF 20% contains chopped carbon fibre, which is abrasive. This material can easily damage the copper print nozzle after only a few hundred grams of printing. Hardened printheads are more expensive than conventional copper printheads but are more durable, so it is important to consider the amount of material to be used.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Polymaker recommends that all models made with PolyMide\u2122 PA6-CF should be post-cured, as this allows the full mechanical and thermal properties to be exploited.
