A Sunlu High-Speed PLA Filament a PLA material specially designed for fast printing, which can be printed at speeds of up to 600 mm/s, making it 300% faster than conventional PLA filaments. Its outstanding fluidity - 500% higher than standard PLA - guarantees smooth extrusion, minimising the risk of nozzle jamming. The filament also performs stably at low print temperatures of 180-195°C, saving energy and time.

Sunlu High-Speed PLA delivers excellent surface quality at speeds from 0-100 mm/s, resulting in smoother prints and better overstretch performance. No support is required for overhang angles below 70°, reducing print time and wasted material. In addition, the 180% filament offers improved heat dissipation performance, allowing faster cooling, which prevents material build-up.

The high crystallization temperature ensures fast curing and excellent drape performance, while the low shrinkage rate reduces the risk of cracking during fast printing, resulting in smooth, even surfaces. The filament is manufactured with precise wire thickness and regular winding, allowing fast, lump-free printing and continuous, even material release.
