PrimaCreator FlexPlate-Powder Coated PEI is a three-part surface that is the perfect choice for printing. The first part is the magnetic surface that you attach to the printer bed. The second and third parts are the high quality spring steel plate covered with the highest quality PEI Ultem.

Flexplate-Powder Coated PEI is the perfect surface for printing, extremely durable and easy to handle. And best of all, as a flexible plate, prints can be easily removed from it. Just fold it a little and the print comes off easily.

The PrimaCreator FlexPlate-Powder Coated PEI has a ferrite core magnet that is much more heat resistant than neodymium magnets. This FlexPlate can withstand temperatures up to 130°C without any problems, so it can even be used with ABS material.

PrimaCreator PEI Ultem (Polyetherimide) is a reusable, relatively maintenance-free building surface for both ABS (heated bed) and PLA (hot or cold) materials, as well as other materials such as metal, wood, PETG, ABS+ and many others that work perfectly on it. No additional adhesives such as glue or tape are required. An attractive feature of PEI is its "no preparation surface" conditions, which makes it convenient to work with. In addition, when printing on PEI, there is no need for a supporting base as the pieces adhere directly to the surface.

How to use:
Unpack the FlexPlate, attach the magnetic surface to the printer bed, then attach the spring steel plate to the magnetic surface with the PEI. Remove the protective film from the PEI, then reposition the print bed. You are now ready to print. The pieces will release from the surface almost without problems. PLA does not need heat, but setting the heated bed to 45°C will help. No glue is needed, but if you are printing larger pieces or for longer periods of time, we recommend using PrimaFix glue stick, which provides even better adhesion and is easier to remove after printing is complete. After printing is complete, allow the plate to cool and then fold it slightly. You can then easily remove the model from the plate. Before each print, wipe the PEI surface with 70-91% isopropyl alcohol to remove any grease or other residue that may have adhered to the surface. This will greatly increase the adhesion of the surface. Use acetone, isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol or soap to clean PEI after use.
