Excellent first coat adhesion, improved durability
The manufacturing process of PrimaCreator Textured PEI sheet has been optimised to increase its durability. In addition, the adhesion of printed elements to the sheet has been significantly improved, eliminating the need for adhesives. *In some cases, the use of adhesives may be necessary for different filaments.

Detaches on its own after cooling
PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications because it can withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles of the printer heating bed. Prints come off easily when the heater bed temperature drops to room temperature and we always recommend waiting until it drops below 35°C. If the imprint still sticks to the plate, simply bend the steel plate and the model will come off easily.

Textured surface finish
PrimaCreator Textured PEI Sheet offers a unique first layer surface. It is powder-coated to provide a rough texture that adds style to your prints.

Compatibility with different filaments, especially PLA
PEI allows you to print with common materials such as PLA, TPU, PETG and PVA.*Please use a liquid adhesive or glue stick to prevent tearing of the sheet when printing on non-PLA filament.

Recommended settings
Please note that other slicer settings may also need to be adjusted based on the printed model and filament requirements.

Aspects to consider:

• Increasing the temperature of the heating bed increases the adhesion of the filament to the printing plate. Users can adjust the temperature of the heating bed or apply adhesive if necessary for additional adhesion.
• During the printing process, dust and grease on the surface of the printing plate can negatively affect the adhesion of the materials. It is recommended that you clean the surface regularly with washing soap and water to remove any residual dust or grease. If this does not work, clean the surface with alcohol.
• Wait until the printing plate has cooled down completely to avoid damaging the plate and the printed elements when removing the print.
• Do not clean the disc with acetone as this may damage the PEI surface.
  Fine sanding the surface with fine grit sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion.
