Excellent first coat adhesion, improved durability
The manufacturing process of PrimaCreator Textured PEI Sheet has been optimised to increase the durability of the sheet. In addition, the adhesion of prints to the sheet has been significantly improved, eliminating the need for adhesives. *Adhesive may be required for certain filament types.

Detaches on its own after cooling
PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications because it can withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles of the printer heating bed. Prints come off easily when the heater bed temperature drops to room temperature and we always recommend waiting until it drops below 35°C. If the imprint still sticks to the plate, simply bend the steel plate and the model will come off easily.

Compatibility with different filaments
PEI allows you to print not only common materials such as PLA, TPU and PETG, but also high temperature materials such as ABS and Nylon.

Prevent twisting with reliable magnetic adhesion
The PrimaCreator Textured PEI Sheet contains a 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate that improves magnetic adhesion. This helps prevent warpage and ensures optimal print quality during 3D printing, reducing the risk of the first layer tearing due to deformation. It helps when printing larger models with materials that are prone to warping, such as ABS, PC and Nylon.

Textured surface finish
PrimaCreator Textured PEI Sheet offers a unique first layer surface. It is powder coated to provide a rough texture that adds style to your print.

Recommended settings
Please note that other slicer settings may also need to be adjusted based on the printed model and filament requirements.

Aspects to consider:

• Increasing the temperature of the heating bed increases the grip. Users should adjust the temperature of the heating bed according to their needs in order to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.
• Prior to automatic levelling, it is necessary to rub the printing rod several times on the special cleaning area on the printing plate to completely remove any residue on the tip of the printing rod. The specially designed cleaning area coating will wear over time. This is normal and will not affect print quality or the life of the print bar, so there is no need to worry about quality problems.
• Dust and grease deposits reduce adhesion to the printing plate. It is recommended to clean the surface regularly with washing soap and water for best adhesion.
• Do not clean Textured PEI with Acetone as it may damage the PEI surface.
• Always wait a few minutes for the plate to cool down before removing printed models, to make it easier to remove the print. This will prevent damage to the plate and ensure a long product life.
• Fine sanding the surface with fine grit sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion.
• The PrimaCreator PEI printing plate supports Bambu's automatic calibration process.
• Textured PEI sheet is considered consumable and will degrade over time. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not scratches, dents or cracks. Defective sheets received during shipment are the only defective sheets covered by the warranty.
